Very good customer service and cleaning
It was nice to come home and the carpet not feeling crunchy and no stale or mildew smell. My Rep was very nice and professional.
We have a large company and Zerorez usually does a great job, however, this past time they did a very poor job and I am not happy with the results at all.
You did what you said you would do, at the price stated, at the times scheduled.
The technicians are alway prompt and courteous and respectful. My carpets look great after they get done! And the bonus is they stay cleaner longer.

The manager was very knowledgeable and educated me on proper care of my carpets. He was able to get all of the stains and pet smell out of my carpets. Did an excellent job cleaning the sectional also.

First the customer service was exemplary.The lady who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and did rush me or make me feel like I was taking up to much time.
The tech who came out, Robert, was very thorough and took the time necessary to make sure he cleaned everything completely and worked a couple of areas more than once when those areas were not coming as clean as the rest of the carpet. He worked hard and stayed until we were satisfied. Thank you Robert.
