No chemicals
I was not happy with the person that did the bathrooms. He broke my brush that I use to scrub my feet with. Not a big deal but the handle was broken in two places. He claimed he picked it up and it broke. Did not say anything until I inspected the bathroom. Did not admit to it but went out and got the two pieces that got broken. I think he must have used it to scrub the tub, I am not sure, but can't figure out how it got broken. I would not want him back.
Steve was an excellent carpet cleaner. He gets a 10.
I requested him for my son, Greg and he was out to his home yesterday.

The lady who accomplished our cleaning arrived actually early and did a very superb cleaning of our older carpet and one chair--we have never had such results.

How clean you got my carpet
We had our carpets done just 2 days ago so the jury is still out but thus far I am very pleased with the softness and the ability of your product to remove stains that others had not. Your service professional was very courteous and gave us information when we asked. He seemed well informed. He arrived on time and did not spend a lot of time talking as some others have.

I was just a little disappointed in your ability to remove tough stains. Infact, one small stain in my carpet was made significantly worse after cleaning. I know he tried hard to get it out and the rest turned out GREAT!
