We've had our carpets cleaned by other companies in the past but the difference is that when our carpet dried it looked great! there were some heavy traffic areas that other carpet cleaners could not get clean but something about the process you use was the clean carpet we were looking for. the tech John represented your company as his own. we would like him back when were ready for the next cleaning.we like our carpet again!

Tech explained he would not leave until area rug dry-fans...when quoting job.
But turns out after cleaned he asked if it could be put outside to dry- he cleaned item toward end of job.
And we have wood floor- not tile to let dry on. Not a big deal. Just not as explained.
I've had carpets cleaned in southern Cali and Chicago. Your $ is quite a bit more. I'll have to look around before using you again.

I am just at the pick up stage, and waiting to hear a confirmation of price and date of return. But the man who picked up the rug was extremely nice and efficient. Measured, gave me an estimate, told me exactly what would happen and rolled up the rug and carried it out by himself. Unlike other companies that leave a window for things and then show up usually late, I got a call that he would arrive in 15 - 20 minutes and he did, right in the 4-6 p.m. window, right after 4 actually. It's refreshing when people do what they say!

He was very good, courteous and made sure I was happy with the work he did - which was excellent! He was also very careful about my things - he really seemed to care.
