Awesome products, awesome technician!!
You have to be careful of the add on costs to try not to oversell your clients. We paid about $300 over the original quote on the phone. I did forget to mention the stairs were carpeted and we did add on stain protectant but it was a bit higher than I would have hoped. I will monitor how the carpet does after the cleaning in the upcoming months to evaluate whether I will call again.
Courteous customer service and technicians. Prompt arrival. Ability to pay with credit card. Thorough cleaning of carpets by technician. Attention to detail. No residue or overwhelming residual odor from cleaning product.

The technician was very polite and professional; however, I really expected the carpets to come out a little cleaner...especially in the heavier traffic lanes. In the master bedroom and hallway, it almost looks the same as it did prior to you coming out...maybe just a hint cleaner. Also, for this being zerorez, it felt like there was still residue with how stiff the carpet was - even by the following day.
I don't really ask people to come back out, as I really don't want to take advantage of anyone. I was once in the service industry, so I know how important you time is. It would be nice for you to come back and maybe redo the traffic lanes only, but like I said, it is not necessary.
I appreciate the technician taking time to get tough stains removed.

I had heard about your company from Barry Young on the radio. You lived up to his recommendations.
Take the 3 room "special" measurements and apply that to any room,hallway,stairs being cleaned.
I got 8 stairs and an "oversized" room, which the entire room wasn't clear of furniture so not all of the carpet was cleaned, for $187.00
I could have gone to a local company and gotten the rest of my carpets cleaned for thy entire amount.

Service tech was great, Keith Keiholtz, very knowledgeable about product. Results were awesome; all stains out of carpet and tile/grout looks great. Purchased the water to use for home use, amazed at how it cleans. Have already handed out information to my friends.

Worked well and smelled fresh.
First, I was in a real time constraint and they were able to schedule me for the next day -even honoring the special! Second, when I pulled upmy area rugs, the tape I used to keep them in place was "cemented" to the floor. I tried everything to get it up with no success. My technician said he would try everything he could to get it up. What a relief!

The first time I used you great customer service and got my carpets looking like new. 2nd time was really disappointed the guy barely got my carpets wet and ran out the door, seemed in a hurry.
