The results were very good. My wife was happy about everything except the extra costs.
We were happy with the service and the cleaning.
While the carpet was drying, it did have a "wet dog" smell to it, but once dry, the carpet has absolutely no odor. There wasn't any perfume smell to cover up smells and I am pleased with how the carpet looks now that it is dry. The carpet is soft to the touch (once it was vacuumed) and looks great.
I like that you do not use harmful chemicals and the carpets come out clean and soft.

Our carpets turned out beautiful. The service tech was very professional, he did a great job. And last but not least it fits into our budget, the price is reasonable.
Carpets are not 'crispy' when they dry. Stays clean longer.

My discussion with rep on phone knew my situation but when tech shows up he assessed then mentioned that he "couldn't make it work"
I won't be using a mouthy tech from your office again. I'll go with someone else!
Your tech told me and two others that pet stains and odors can't be removed.. Then he had commentary about the different colors and styles of carpet in the house.. It's a rental.. Again... That was stated to rep on phone!

I like the use of empowered water instead of soaps and chemicals. The results can be seen immediately.

Provided good service. When I had questions I was provided with good answers.
The customer service aspect. Reese, the person who cleaned our carpet was very kind. I have a issue with my leg and he helped me put on the bootie. He was on time and polite.
We still are waiting for the carpet to dry in some spots. We also realize the rare humidity may be an issue.
We will use Zerorez again.
