Very responsive customer service, and the techs always do a great job
Carpets were not crunchy and tech was extremely polite and professional. I was a bit shocked at the pricing for the area rug vs the pricing for a wall to wall rug.
Employee was very nice and hard working. Carpet did dry fast, but the results weren't as good as we hoped for. Our personal cleaner seems just as good! For $190, I expected more I guess. We will probably try a different one next time! Thank you though. Very much!

It is too early to tell how good your product works and based upon my experiences, I have nothing to compare it to, however your technician was top-notch and very professional.
I am working on selling a second home and will use your services again. I will want to request the same technician that I recently because of his customer service skills and attention to detail.

You use no soap!
For a very small town home I felt it was way over priced. Not too mention the salesman talked me into sealing the grout so it would last longer; which I agreed. However, when all said and done my bill was over 360.00 and was left with a greasy residue. I currently have a company that I use however, you were recommended by Lowes so I thought I'd give you a try. Furthermore, I did not have my carpet cleaned only my tile, which may be a different experience. This should not reflect on the salesman, as he was very friendly and polite. He was also aware of my restaurant for which I was impressed.

Great price and service. Carpets came out very clean.
I was dissapointed that the tech couldn't get a stain out of the carpet. He looked at it and told me that it would be no problem. when it came time to clean the stain he didn't seem to do much other then just run over it and that's it. Didn't scrub at it or anything. I feel the tech could have done more.
The cleaning is very effective! Always much better than anticipated! I had to have sub-extractions due to pet stains and I am very pleased with the outcome! Matt did a very thorough job, I am very pleased!

Even though the lady who scheduled my appointment on the phone had me count the # of cushions on our sectional to get the pricing right, when the cleaning guy got here he said it was $60 more than the quote :( I called about this the same day and got a call back from Shelley (ext 408) over a week later! I returned her call as soon as we got back from vacation and left a VM, it has been over a week again and I still have note heard back from her to resolve this upcharge.
I was very pleased with the great job getting all the stains out go the carpet. Also, the great service of being on time. The serviceman was very pleasant, helpful and considerant of the 2 cats running around.
My floor is so clean.
No chemicals. Much better for those of us with pets. The service technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He even arrived early. Who doesn't appreciate that?
