There are still several darker spots/stains and even lighter spots where i had cleaned the carpet myself in places before your technician came out. There are also some paint droplets from a recent paint job on the carpet that I was able to get out myself but your guy didn't or couldn't. I had left the remainder of them there thinking they'd come right up when your tech cleaned, but they didn't. The carpets do look cleaner overall, but certainly not what I expected, given all of the hype for you guys on the radio and the prices you charge. I feel I could have had the same results doing it myself or hiring the guy who would've charged me $25 a room (with the first room free). I don't know that you can "make things right." If your guys can get out what was left behind by being more diligent, then you can, but if your process just doesn't work that well, I don't think there's much you can do.

I was not pleased with the quality of the work. Technician was nice and he was thorough but the end product was subpar. I did not realize it while the technician was here because of the lighting on the carpet. Later that evening though it was clear that the carpet looked not much improved from before the cleaning.

I love Empower Water. I'm stingy with it...I use it on windows, glass tables and mirrors. I don't have stainless but am told it works beautifully. I love the work the techs do. My carpets are almost dry when he leaves. Keith, my recent tech was knowledgeable and kind. I had a tech 6 months ago who was training a "tech in training and I believe because of this he didn't do as good a job as he would have done alone. ALL precious techs have done great jobs and believe me, they wouldn't have been invited back. Good news as well as bad news travels fast. Nice work techs. You are the ones who represent Zerorez! 😀
Feel the technician was trying to sell me everything under the sun. Made me very uncomfortable. Just clean the areas I want cleaned and if I want other services, I will ask for them.
