The fact that no harsh chemicals are used.

The first few calls are kind of long and detailed but I understand you need to know how much work needs to be done to plan a reasonable schedule.

Your employee, Matt did a fine job of cleaning our old carpet. Look good. He is a nice young man and worked hard. I would like to know if you are aware in your business of other MCS (multiple chemical sensitive) people like me. This type of problem requires an understanding of what people react to. It might be helpful to leave all fragrant pre treats in the truck. I didn't have him use any of it, but I smelled it as he carried it on his belt. It was not a real problem, but just so you are aware of the possibilities with some people of reaction to citrus or other natural substances you might use. Thank you, Name removed
It did not make any difference. My grout still looks black. No change after cleaning. 50 percent looks clean but other looks dirty.
The representatives were friendly and professional. Our carpets look great!
No soap, polite technicians
The carpet it really clean afterwards and stays clean for a long time.
Personnel are cooperative and professional.Products don't leave tacky or smelly residue. Carpet dries fairly quickly.

the only issue i have is on the radio they make it sound like zerorez would keep you from needing to replace carpets etc... but my hallway still had a pet type odor.
The results speak for themselves. My carpets are 100% clean and look brand new as well as my tile. Our technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

Quality and timeliness
My appt was set for 2-4 on May 23. After several phone calls, the technician arrived at 7 pm. If your goal is to be on time, you have severely failed!!!

I was given the opportunity to test you multi-purpose spray cleaner and I absolutely loved it. Would have immediately bought a small container but the close to 50 dollar price was too high for the large container. Also because I still need to use the many cleaners that I have. Once I use all of these then I can purchase the cleaner! To bad it is not available in a smaller container as I would buy it immediately!
