What could we do to improve?

The techs that came to my home did a great job. They were friendly, professional, & very polite. There was one corner wall that got a ding & part of the drywall chipped off by the flooring....unfortunately I do not have any left over touch up paint for that spot & it's in a high-traffic very visual spot.
Other than that, tile & carpet look fantastic & employees were wonderful.

Over all was good but left a few spots on carpet when giving final treatment and now it is hard and I need to find out what to do about it.

You do it alright now I can't think of anything. I am very impressed with the professional company from the phone call, email etc given to us in scheduling, when tech will show up and the follow up.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

phone conversation didnt include extra price of 25 per stain, same hussle can be found on craigslist. a complaint call was made last week, and a return phone call from a manager never occured

What could we do to improve?

My wife spoke to the tech about sealing the grout when he first got to the house. She asked him to speak to me about it once I got there about 15 mins after his arrival and he didn't mention anything to me. I thought they had talked about it and that it was going to be done on that visit but it wasn't. Part of that was my fault for not communicating with my wife better but she did ask him to talk to me about it as he suggested it be done and she wanted him to explain to me why.

You "Clean Green"!; meaning, I don't have to concern myself with harmful detergents. Also, your technicians consistently do a fantastic job in the manner in which they clean my rugs and tile floors, as evidenced by Peter's performance on Wednesday (9/30/15).
