Awesome!
Your employees are very professional, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Your product and process provides excellent results not only in the cleaning of the carpets, but also in the fact that there are no residues such as powders or dried soap film to contend with after the cleaning.

Quick and clean
Zerorez does a great job on my carpets. They always look so much better after you do them. Your price is reasonable. Our technician Kevin Randolph was very professional. I don't do service surveys usually but I was very impressed with Kevin. He is a valuable employee. My husband and I agree, you might consider a raise for him!
I'm sorry, I was not impressed. The carpets do look pretty clean, except for some dog stains that didn't come out. I wasn't really expecting they would, but was hopeful. I was disappointed with the sofa we had cleaned. I didn't think it was that dirty anyway, but to be honest, it didn't look any different to me. We have had it cleaned in the past and it was a noticeable difference. It looked really clean. Also, it didn't appear that the arm and headrest covers were cleaned. We paid a lot of money, and I was hoping for a better result. We would appreciate a refund for the sofa charge.

I was impressed with the remover that was applied to a coffee stain that was made months before cleaning. Not sure what it was called. Really did the job, though! Thank you.
The product is perfect because it has no chemicals. I have a lung condition and cannot be exposed to other types of carpet cleaning. There were no lingering odors or residue. The gentleman who did our floors was polite, professional, thorough, and very pleasant. He listened to my needs.

Got an appointment in the same day as I called! The technician Sean was very knowledgeable and nice. My carpets were extremely soiled and they came out PERFECT! I highly recommend zerorez!
We had lots of puppy accidents, when we heard the high extra price we about died. We couldn't afford the treatment. Our service man was wonderful, did a good job. But as soon as it dried we gad a spot show up. Graving had cleaning before we understand the spits San come flack but with in a few hours was a bit upsetting for a $300 + job.
The carpet didn't look much different when he was finished.

I have used Zerorez twice. The people who come are friendly and professional, and my carpet looks great! The rooms I did some time ago still look good - clearly the no residue method makes a difference in keeping the carpet looking good!

I was very excited to try your services based off of all the HYPE from the radio, only to be disappointed.
1. The cost of your services are too much for what you don't get.
2. Carpets were still wet 24hrs later. You don't feel the wetness when walking on the carpets, only when I had sat on the floor to play with my granddaughter did I notice they were still wet- perhaps over soaked the padding?
3. A few rooms have crunchy carpet. I was told your services would not make my carpets crunchy.
4. A large area room (approx. 180sgft) was taken into the garage the night before my scheduled appoitment with the hopes that Zerorez would clean it for me, as other companies have done. However because its considered an "area rug" I was told the cost would be $180.00...really?! I understand that everyone's time is money and I was willing to pay for your services, however not $180.00 for approximately 30 minutes or less it would have taken to clean the rug. I've used 2 other services and both charged me 45.00 to clean that rug. So now I have to rent a machine and clean the rug myself-big waste of my time and more expenses added.
For the reasons listed above I would NOT recommend your services, sorry!

The carpets look wonderful after your treatment and your technicians were very pleasant and courteous. Scheduling was very disappointing,however Shawn more than made up for this problem with his customer service and work skills. Mathew was also very polite and courteous.
