Carpet cleaning

The carpets were not improved in any way and all smells returned and were worse. I have never been so disappointed in a company I was so excited to use. I was also sold a " protectant" for carpet that wasn't even cleaned and will now have to be ripped out. I would like my money back.

WHen I called in to make the appointment I told the person I spoke with that I was having zerorez come out because I had pets who had marked their territory on the carpet. I asked if that would be an issue and was told no that it would be discussed with the representative when he came out and I could show him any areas I was concerned about. I also asked about pricing and was given the current special. I was very surprised and dissapointed when I talked to Rick the day of service that it was an extra $40 per room to treat for my pets. I I feel that this really should have been discussed on the phone with me. Especially because I talked extensively about how the main reason I was having the service done was because of the animals. I would have still scheduled the service but it would have felt more honest. I feel like the person on the phone knew it would be more money but intentionally chose not to tell me and I did not appreciate that. I did like Rick. He was very kind and did a good job.
