Very professional. Service tech does a fantastic job, cares for my home as if they lived in it. Took measures not to damage any of the property. Contact Zerorez every year for the past 8 yrs. Will call again for another visit.

Friendly and honest service. I was impressed with how quickly my mattress was cleaned how honest the tech, Keith, was about not being able to clean my couch because of its condition.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I am just as pleased as the first time. The technician was prompt, friendly, professional, courteous and did a great job on my rugs. They look beautiful and dried quickly and feel great to walk on.

The technicians were here before my scheduled 2 hr time window and did an awesome job getting the work done. They had issues with the truck suction but worked around that and got a new truck out to finish the job. My carpets look great and my tile grout came cleaner than I thought it would. The only thing I didn't like was the feeling of the tile on my bare feet after the grout sealer dried. It felt tacky and dirty. Overall great job!
My family has complained about the way the rug smells since it has been cleaned.

The thing I like most about you products and services that you offer in carpet cleaning is the simple fact that you do what you say you will do. My carpet was really dirty and in some areas it was black, Sean said he could get the dirt out. When he finished, I couldn't believe what I saw. the dirt was gone and my carpet looked great. Your company will always be the One I choose to clean my carpets. the service was very good, the workers, Sean and his co worker, were very polite and pleasant to deal with. The whole experience was great and Thank you for a job well done.

Felt like residue still in carpet - using personal shampoo machine I was able to extract suds
I do not feel that the carpets or the furniture was cleaned adequately. Especially after we took a brush and resolve to the furniture on one of the spots and it turned up much cleaner.
The technician and cleaning were excellent but Paul seemed more interested in how to increase my cost than anything else. My parking is a straight shot upstairs so an extra charge is truly unnecessary. Paul said that he would remove it for our first trip but it would definitely be charged on any subsequent visits, effectively discouraging me from using your service in the future.
