My Tile look brand new!

booked on line for carpet and tile cleaning. however when tech arrived he was unable to clean satillo tile, so only had 1 room of carpet to clean. all was solved and he did a great job.

My carpeting is old and worn and looks ever so much better following cleaning. I appreciate the fact that the carpets are not "stiff" when they dry. Sean did a great job and took care with his equipment on my wood floors. This is especially appreciated since he arrived just shortly before a terrific downpour and my sidewalks were wet as he was bringing in equipment.

Technicians arrived on time and carpet looks very clean.

No chemicals. The young man doing the job was efficient. Something that is very important to me was that he did not try to pressure me into buying anything else. I asked him questions. He answered completely. He offered me other services, but did not badger me. I have stopped using other companies for that reason alone.

Dean was polite and professional and arrived on time. We are just moving into this residence and the carpets had the dirty water residue left from whatever carpet cleaning company was used prior. I did not want to have us or our cat walking on this or even move our items in until I had zerorez in to make them clean. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday between 4pm and 6pm. No one showed or called by 5:30pm so I called customer service and found out I was "forgotten". I moved everything from my living/dinning rooms and from the Master bed room to accommodate the tech and found out I couldn't get anyone rescheduled until late Monday, between 6pm and 8pm. I had to move some furniture twice, walk around furniture I put in my Kitchen, all day Sunday and Monday until 7:15pm. I wasn't just an inconvenience, it was a pain to move some stuff twice, just to be able to watch tv Sunday and Monday. And lastly, I wasn't even given a discount for the error. This was not my doing, I did everything you asked, scheduled, confirmed and moved everything out of way for the tech, you screwed up with only a "sorry this happened" and nothing else. On Monday, the Tech was very professional and cleaned the carpet well, I just wish it had happened on Saturday so I had Sunday to put my house back together.

No chemicals and carpet looks great

Your biological pet service is a joke. You're just like any carpet cleaning service. When you're finished the carpets are still wet there still a residue it takes hours to dry just like any other carpet service. The urine smell from where show the guy my cat Peed is still there. The real heavy pets soiled areas I replace the tack strip and base board in the urine smell is still there. When I pulled up the carpet to replace the baseboard and tack strip it looks like The urine spread from being wet and not sucked up properly by your machine. I was told my arrival time for your tech mission was 2-4, he wanted to show up three hours earlier while I was still at work. And I still requested a 15 to 20 minute call ahead before he arrived and that never happened and he still arrive 20 minutes early. I honestly feel like I wasted $229 on having you come clean my carpet. I am 100% dissatisfied. There is nothing that separates you from other carpet cleaning services. I have already told three colleagues and a family member that want to do use you not too.

The main stain I was concerned about is still there and still smells bad. You are over priced in my opinion and do not do any better of a job than lower priced carpet companies I have used in the past. The only plus was the technician. He was polite and professional.

The customer service from scheduling my appointment to employee, Kevin, that provided the service. Kevin was excellent!!! Professional and courteous, plus he did an outstanding job and my carpet looks great.

spot removal was a bet pricey and then the spot didn't even come out
