The employee was very friendly and professional.
Only issue is the den/office area and a few feet of hallway, looks like it didn't get cleaned. All the other rooms look good.

Prices are reasonable, the fact that detergent is not used on my carpet is very important to me. Soap only attracts dirt and does more damage to a carpet.
Chemical free, dried quickly, excellent service
After another carpet company cleaned our carpet, it looked worse. Called Zerorez and now it looks like I have new carpet. What a difference they made. The Tech, Oscar, did a very through job and we are totally happy with the results. Thank you so much.

I am pleased that you do not use chemicals and the results are really good. I think the price is a little high, so I wasn't 100% satisfied about the overall value of the service. But the results meet or slightly exceed my expectations. The service technician, Andrew, was great, very nice and fast.

Service was very good - prompt when we met for first time to determine cost and very informative. Then when the serviceman did the work, he was there as promised, did a good job and the carpet looked great.
