I was a little disappointed in the main walkways(hallway) and main living area not looking as clean as I had hoped. Otherwise, good experience
Chemical free, excellent customer service and priced right....
When I arrived home, there was still blue highlighter in the carpet. I called the next morning to see if the tech had been unable to remove it or if he had forgotten a spot. I was told there were no notes on the account and that a manager would got info from the tech and call me back. That was yesterday at 8am and I have still not received a call about the blue spot on my carpet. I am disappointed there was no communication regarding the stain left behind on my carpet.

The carpet seems very clean. It brighten it and rejuvenated the nap. Scott was very professional and took precautions to not mar the walls with the hoses. He explained everything that he did. He had me try some of the water solution on my stainless steel appliances while he cleaned the carpet. I was sold! We bought some to use for spot cleaning and for the appliances, etc.
The young man who served our home was very professional & well versed in process. Thank you!
A friend recommended Zerorez to me. Making the appointment was easy, everyone on the phone was polite and friendly. My sister was there for the appointment and she said the guy was very nice and worked quickly. She was pleased as well.

Our tile floors were left with white residue in every corner, around and under furniture, along baseboards and many large spots in the middle of the rooms. The floors were left with a film in the places were there was no white residue. I'm not sure if the employees were in a hurry or simply missed spots. The white residue has been continuing to appear days later.

My carpets looked and felt like the day they were installed. I have memory foam under my carpet and it feels wonderful to walk into each room I had serviced. My travertine tiles also look bright and clean. My technician, Abel, was polite, respectful of my home, and very experienced.
He offered me to smell and feel the solution before he started and explained the process. I am so happy I had this service done by Zerorez
Overall price seemed a little high but I don't know the market very well.

Just like the commercials said, they were able to get out the stains that were there after a previous company (supposedly) cleaned the carpets. The carpets look like completely different flooring with how much cleaner they are. If given the chance I would definitely recommend Zerorez to somebody else. You guys worked miracles!!!
THE TECH WENT THRU THE MOTIONS AND DID NOT DO A VERY THUROGH JOB.
I KNOW FROM PAST EXPERIANCE WITH YOUR COMPANY THAT MY CARPETS COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER.
It is a great process with knowledgable people. From Mary at the reservation desk to Craig the technician, the process was amazing.
Hayden was a great guy and did a very good job. The sealer for the grout did have a very strong odor. Should have put fans on for a bit to get smell out of house.

I like the look and smell of the carpet and so does my wife. With pets, the carpets get messy and now it's nice to see them looking like brand new.
