Although my original appointment got messed up, Zerorez did a great job of correcting the mistake and getting my carpet and tile cleaned the same day as originally scheduled. The technician (Jeff) was very professional and a very likeable person - I hope to have Jeff back to do my carpets the next time they need to be cleaned.

Well dark spots are showing that were never there before and it was the next day. It really is disappointing.

Healthy cleaning solutions.

Other cleaners I have used were cheaper and did a better job cleaning. Spots that were unable to come out with zerorez, I was able to get out with a handheld cleaner the next day.

Very pricey - $255. We had 3 8X10 rugs and 1 5X7 and 1 small oval rug and 2 chairs.

Andrew was wonderful. He let me know all my options, told me about some great products and did a good and thorough job on my carpets.

Technician was at job for only about 45 minutes to an hour.
We inspected the cleaning performed and we raised concerns about the areas that still looked visibly dirty. He claimed that they were high traffic areas and that it was the best he could do. He didn't attempt to clean the areas we identified and said we could call and see if someone else could come out to try and do a better job. We told him for the amount of money that was charged that it should have been a better job performed. We stated that we were not satisfied.
