Super quick, friendly, and fast. The technician came in and told me all about the company, why people use it and what it would do for our house and carpets. Would use Zerorez again in a heartbeat.

My carpet is 19 years old, after they cleaned them they look new.
They did an amazing job getting all the spots that where in this carpet in a rental home I am renting. They made it look like new and the only reason you know that it isn't is that there are burn marks in the carpet. This is a house was lived in by 2 adults and 3 kids and needless to say it was extremely dirty. There was everything from gum, urine and feces, and ever red stains I will assume is Koolaide.
I am still amazed at how clean this came out and have been singing the praises of Zerorez.

It's good stuff. I don't have to worry about my animals. It's not toxic and dry's quickly. I bought some for use around the house. And last but not least, Scott my serviceman was wonderful. Really everything I expected.
your product cleans as well as advertized. we had some pretty bad spots on our family room carpet and zerorez either cleaned them up entirely or made them look 90% better than any other company that has come out and cleaned our carpet. We most difinetly will use zerorez and recommend them to everyone we talk with about carpet cleaning. The price was reasonable and comparible to other companies we have used in the past.

The technician, Brandon, was very polite, listened to my concerns and tried extremely hard to get out tough dirt. Although, some didn't come out he redid spots for the best results possible.
You were the 2 nd people to come and clean the love seat .The 1 st guy said him couldnt do it .I think he just didnt want to do it . [I wish you would have clean my carpet and not him he didnt even cover his shoes and i have off white carpet] Your nice young man covered his shoes and he did a great job and very nice so happy with him .When my carpet need to be cleaned i will be calling you guys!!!

We just bought new home and had carpets cleaned and wish they would of offered deodorizer...they must of had a dog and it smell terrible.
No chemical residue or smell of chemicals. The service was amazing and the quality of work was exceptional.

I like that there are not chemicals left behind, no smell to bother allergies or kids with Asthma.
I had my tile and grout cleaning, my house square foot cost me 260 dollars for that and we had a spare bedroom cleaned (carpet) and pet treated at the 25$ a spot cost, which was supposed to be the deepest and best way to remove the pet odor and stains.
I;m honestly not happy with the money I spent and the service I received.
The tile I could have cleaned a lot better myself with simple green and a tooth brush and simple green.
We originally called ZEROREZ because we have a roommate with an animal and his carpet needed treated and we were told there was a minimum that we had to have done and companies wont come out for 1 room so we decided what the heck I guess if we need something done we will get our tile and grout done. (Moved into our house 4 years ago and haven't cleaned the grout since and it was brand new tile). After the service was done our tile really didn't look much different. I took before pictures because I was so excited to have it done and I compared pictures and there just really isn't a difference.
As far as the bedroom, yes it smells MUCH better but there is absolutely still a stench just not as strong.
The man who preformed the service was absolutely amazing, just not really happy with results.
Your product works, the carpets look new. The couch looks great too.
