My carpet looked great after the cleaning and no odor.
The carpet was only cleaned in streaks and not well at that. Your cleaning person made excuses as to why he could not get an area clean. However, one could see a place that had been gone over but, was not cleaned on either side. All around totally horrible cleaning job. My carpet looked so terrible that I had to have another carpet cleaning company come out and clean the carpet properly. All of the areas that your technician made excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't get something clean, was cleaned with no trouble by the second cleaning company. This company vacuums the carpet and moves the furniture as well. Your mediocre carpet cleaning (and I use that term loosely) company cost me an additional $218 over and above the $253 that I was cheated out of by your company. Just another example of an unreputable company scamming senior citizens on a fixed income.
I have 2 asthmatic granddaughters, so the lack of chemicals is a big plus.
pricing got a little high after we opted to remove a couple stains. The initial price was reasonable, but the cost to remove a few stains seemed ridiculous. Overall we are happy with the results, not with the price.
It did a great job on cleaning the carpets really good. They also explained what they were going to do.

carpet feels good after cleaning
The name says it, Zero Rez! The best feature is the fact that that the rugs and floor coverings are left clean, not sticky with soap residue to collect dirt in the future nor perfumed with artificial fragrances.
While you probably overcharge for your services and your products, the results are (mostly) worth it. The people who answer the phones are courteous and knowledgeable. The follow through is quite good. When a problem arises, they are resolved. The technicians that come to do the work are very polite, good workers, and thorough.
My carpets came out really clean without chemicals.

Clarke worked very hard, however the carpets did not look cleaner. I own a bissel home carpet cleaner for cleaning spots. In the master bedroom I used it to clean a 1foot by 1 foot section and it was very clean and showed how dirty our carpet was. It's what led me to contact you to clean our carpets. My expectation was, surely your equipment would do as good or better than the bissel. That was not the case. You can visibly see the dirt in the carpet after Clarke completed his work. Yet the 1 foot by 1 foot section was cleaner. I am disappointed that I spent 180 dollars to have you clean our carpets and the carpet does not look much different. Our bissel with Simple Green does better than your equipment. Something is not right. I called in right after Clarke left and informed the office staff. They said somebody would come and clean it again so I scheduled another cleaning. I hope there was just something wrong with the equipment and the second cleaning is better.

I have stained carpet in the living room and there was not a suggestion made to treat it. Where the carpet dried it was soft in the less worn area and a crusty feel on the stained part
