I have used Zerorez 4 times now and have never been disappointed. As a matter of fact, they have performed well above expectations. Technicians have been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very polite and prompt service technician. The carpet was clean thoroughly and look great. After the carpet cleaning our rooms have a much cleaner smell to them. We have used other services in the past and the rooms have smelled, especially after the cleaning.

Your company has always been able to remove and handle any carpet problem. You have always made me love my carpet again once cleaned.
We weren't Advised before hand that the kind of tile we have would be dulled after cleaning and sealing grout. the floor has been mopped three times since and does look a bit better each time.

On time, carpets turned excellent.
We have had a carpets cleaned many times and have had much better experiences with other cleaning services in that our carpets came clean with other cleaners. The first Zerorez technician that cleaned our carpets did a miserable job prompting you to send out a second technician. Although the carpets were cleaner the second time around, there is still dirt that I can easily pick up from the carpet by using a cleaner and blotting the area with a white towel or using water and doing the same. Although your customer service has been good, it is, the only thing I can give you a good rating on.
John Kapas was my service technician. He was prompt, personal, polite and knowledgeable about Zerorex and didn't mind my questions at all. John was considerate of my home being careful around furniture and cleaning up behind himself. This was a late afternoon appointment (5:30) which could have been a quick in and out. John took his time and was through. His attention to detail was OUTSTANDING. I will definitely use Zerorez again and request John. Thank you for a very pleasurable experience! Carolyn
The attitude of the personnel that the company sends. They believe in what they do and that's a good quality. And they do a very good job.

Finally a carpet cleaning company that does what it says they can do. When our carpet dried it looked and felt like new again. Thank you for doing what you said you could do and no up charges we paid what the estimate was and the rep was very friendly and courteous. He was also punctual in fact a bit early which was good for us. The carpet was dry in the time he said it would be.
The experience was great. Nick was on time, professional, and took the time to explain the cleaning process. We love that he was able to get deep-set stains out of our carpet, saving us the cost of replacement.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed with how quickly the carpeting dried (cleaning completed approx. 10:00 am, and 90% dried by 5:00 pm) Also, very impressed with the beautiful, clean, fluffy appearance of my 19 year old carpeting after the cleaning!
Everything! Punctual, cordial, great job, decent price... no complaints... except I wish I could afford to get them done more often! I hate cleaning this floor.... Troy was great....

The price is definitely right, but the process felt a little rushed. There were still spots that could have used a little more work to remove extra dirt in the grout. We would have paid more to get the work done, but it didn't seem like an option. There were also a few spots where the grout completely came up. While that could have simply been the age of the grout, we did have to go out and spend more money on the repair. Overall, we were very happy with your work. These are just two areas we saw could use some addressing. Thanks for your service.

The carpet was not cleaned and my apartment complex charged me 159 dollars to clean again
I was very disappointed to hear that there was an extra charge for any special stains. That information had not been given to me over the phone. Had I agreed to the extra charge of $25 per stain that some were only the size of the bottom of a coffee cup, it would have made the cost triple.
The product was much wetter than it had been when I used the company some three years ago. It was more than 24 hours before it was dry enough to walk comfortable on the carpet. Several of the stains already show again. Wasted money as far as I am concerned. Would only recommend to a friend if they absolutely could not find another cleaner!
I like that the carpets were dry quickly,very clean and soft once they were dry. The team that came to my house were very professional acting and were right on time.
