Sam, was very careful, he did a very good job of cleaning our living room, MBD room, spare bed room and office carpets. He arrived on time and worked quickly, was personable and helpful. The carpets look very good, have good body and feel nice. Thank you.

The bedroom carpet and the area rug carpet are good. The kitchen tile could not be done due to the grout coloration and the master bedroom tile that was completed did not show any difference. The finished group actually had dark and light spots as though the dark areas were wet but they are not wet. I could not tell there was a seal applied. I would recommend for carpet only not tile. This was my first time using zerorez. I hear ads on the radio and received a mailer to try for the first time.

Friendly technicians. More so, customer service was top notch in sending out tech again to redo a couple spots that I felt could have been done better...and they were improved upon after redoing. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you!

Technician was friendly, answered all our questions, and was quick. He made sure we were happy before he cleaned up. We were able to walk on our carpet right away and it dried quickly with no chemical smell!
