I use your water all the time for cleaning purposes. This was my first experience with carpet cleaning, and the results were very impressive. 26 year old carpets look great. Time will tell how long it will last though. The serviceman (Andy?) was knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and did n excellent job.

There's nothing you can do to make it right... and I'm usually not a negative person, but I'm really not very happy with my experience with your service. The gentleman that came was nice enough. However, I had gotten a price from him before I had to go back to work which was approx $285.00. He had quoted me $205 for my carpet cleaning and tile cleaning, to add the sealer he said it would be approx. $245 to the kitchen area and to add the bathroom and frontdoor way it would cost the $285. I went back to work and when I arrived home saw the bill for $335.75.. I'm not sure why the additional $50.00 when he told me $285. And then to top it off he was done within 2 hours to do all of that. The lady on the phone told me it takes approx 2 hours for the carpet and add an additional hour for the tile. Yes, the carpet was heavily spotted but in that case wouldn't you spend a little more time on the carpet and not less time? Then why did he finish all of it in 2 hours??? Then I noticed the tile had some spots on it that I had to scrape when I got home so again why the additional $50. Um... it didn't look any better than a $100.00 carpet cleaning job so why pay the additional monies when you get the same kind of outcome. I had been told that zerorez was the way to go... but like I said, I see no difference from the cheap to this expensive service so why not save money if you get the same results. I will not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go with the cheaper, they do a better job. Thank you for letting me vent!

We had some pet odor requirements. While the technician was nice, he did not spend sufficient time on the pet stains. He was done with the entire job within approximately 1 hour. Paying extra for pet stain attention, but not having sufficient time to adequately attend to them is a waste of money. The odor still remains.
I would appreciate either a refund on the pet stain odor service, or have a technician come back to our home and properly clean the area.

The way our tile cleaned up was an absolute miracle. The result was far beyond what we expected. Just fabulous.

I thought all the radio hype would bring results. My carpet is 11 years old (and was last cleaned 8 years ago) and has some high-traffic areas- I wasn't expecting it to be amazing, but there were a lot of random spots and some places that I thought could have been cleaner. After the guy left, I spot-cleaned several rust spots and three ink spots myself with household cleaners and they are shades lighter. My husband, who usually stays out of these matters, also commented that it looked like a mediocre job. The tech did the job, but it seemed like the carpet wasn't as clean as I was expecting. I got a good recommedantion from a trusted friend after my regular guy had sold his carpet cleaning business... but for all the radio hype and big-name celebs who think you are awesome, we didn't feel like we got the same carpet treatment. We will not be recommending you to any of our friends.
The fact that I wasn't overwhelmed by the odor of cleaner, is a huge plus!

I love that the product is not drenched in chemicals. With a baby on the way, we wanted to be sure we weren't adding harmful chemicals to our home environment. The price was very fair. The service was completed on time and it's quality exceeded my expectations.

I have used Zerorez for 2 years now, 1 time every 3 or 4 months, this last time the Tech did a horrific job. My carpets are almost the same as before he started. Normally it takes a tech an hour to do the carpets, my tech was done in 30 minutes, did not take his time to get some of the easy spots out, missed a patch of carpet, didnt leave any foot covers behind and left the floors next to the tile completely soaked. Very disappointed
