Professional, punctual, great job and we got an appointment when needed.
Operator was very professional & courteous. He took extra care to set up wall guards and give us shoe covers. Our carpet is 13/14 yrs old and he was able to restore beyond our expectations. Carpet was dry within 5 hrs.

The customer service provided me a lot of information prior to the day of the visit. The rep called two days for confirmation. The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff as well as the technician who service my apartment. I definitely will recommend to other friends. I choose zerorez because my friend had her home serviced and she was the one that recommend the company since I am looking for a good company to clean my carpet. Overall I am highly satisfied with the service provided.

Employee was on time, courteous and explained everything. He was quick and did an excellent job. He removed stains that 2 previous cleanings didn't remove. My carpet is soft and the nap came back up!

It started with the call to set the appointment. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. the tech was early and was a hard worker and I loved how he explained things to me about the carpet. The way Zerorez cleans the carpet is great. I tried other carpet cleaners but Zerorez is by far the best.
