I am not satisfied with the results of tile cleaning conducted on 10/17/2015. I will be contacting you tomorrow to request the technician return clean an area that he failed to cover and to redo a few areas that were not satisfactorily cleaned. I have used zerorez twice in the past for carpet cleaning and have been thoroughly satisfied. This is my first experience with tile cleaning and the result is less than I expected.

Very thorough cleaning and no chemicals

We really liked our serviceman! He seemed to really know what he was doing. We think his name was Shawn, but I'm sorry we can't remember. We are requesting that he will come back next Saturday to do the second half of our home, just as we set up our appointments.

Everything was done in a professional manner! Our carpet has never been cleaner! Jeff did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased with the result!

Service Tech Hayden was terrific: professional, efficient, friendly. He is an excellent representative of Zerorez. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. I'm so happy with how great the grout looks. It's like I have a brand new floor!

It cleaned the carpets great

I had my carpets cleaned but they forgot to do master bedroom and did my guest room instead

I let my carpet dry for 1 day, and it was still wet in several areas and it smelled damp. The traffic areas were also visible after 1 day.

I called and you are sending someone out on Monday.

No chemicals.

My fiancé and I just bought a house and the carpets were terrible. I liked that there was a 2 hour window instead of a five or six hours window like most companies. They even called and gave me an eta of when the guy should be there. Dean was on time and really nice. It didn't take too long and the carpets looked amazing when he was done. He even told me that there was a urine smell in 2 of the rooms and that he put a deodorizer in to fix it.

I called for a quote and was quoted $160.00. The only question I was asked was how many rooms? The Sq ft was never mentioned in the initial phone call. When the tech arrived, he measured and said it would cost $372.00. I was upset. I called to talk about how if you quote someone the Sq ft cost should be mentioned. If I knew it would have cost that much I would have not done it. I would like some sort of resolution. Please call me at Phone number removed.

Great customer service. I had the tech try to clean two different carpets. Neither of them would come clean and there was no charge. Also the tech was very professional. I had my tile floor cleaned and it looks great.

Service was efficient, and results were above expectations.

I like the clean feeling on the carpet and fresh look of.my carpeting and couch and chair. I think the cost is to high.

Our carpet is still dirty in the living room area and the area upstairs where we paid extra for a biohazard area still stinks!! I called today and set up an appointment for next Friday for a technician to come back to "verify" the problem area before treating again. My choices were Thursday or Friday...I was hoping for something sooner like Tuesday since we're listening our home this coming weekend. I am not impressed with zerorez at this point. I would not recommend them to a friend or a coworker.

I like the cleaning process and the fact that my carpet isn't crunchy with soap when they are done.

The price and the fact that you don't soak the carpets

I would be more up front of the charges for removal of pet odor.

We love the product because it leaves our carpets so much cleaner and smelling better than any other carpet process we have used.

I loved how clean the carpet was without the use of chemicals. The carpet smells and feels like new.

I like the product. However, was disappointed when you charged me to do the master closet. To the best of my recollection I have never had to pay extra for it. But the tech said he would put the protectant on it at no charge. Still, if I am having the master bedroom done, that should include the master closet. I was told this time it was because it was a walk-in.

Results. A great job cleaning my carpet.

Love how clean our carpet is. Our white sofa, which we never thought would look clean again, looks just great. Our cleaning was performed by Peter. He did such a good job, was thorough, friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend Zerorez.

clean nonstiff carpet that dried quickly

I did not like that we as seniors had to move some heavy furniture-we are getting too old for that and my friends would not appreciate it either- it was the last time we will be using your service for just that reason.
