That you do not use harsh detergents in cleaning process.
Honestly I was not impressed I've had multiply friends/ family tell us how great you guys are and how they're carpet looked brand new. My carpet on the other hand could have looked much better in my opinion. I've used other companies for way less and received the same results. I was all for spending the extra money hoping that what everyone said was true but i was really disappointed with the outcome.
Our Zerorez rep. Scott was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. He did a fine job. I know this is true, because almost a month later, I still can't find the places where the old pet stains were!
I love the product, because there is no residual chemical signature that I can find--And the carpets are Clean. TY, Zerorez.

Only drawback is the drying time. Some areas are still wet (quite damp) and it has been 24 hours.

The in home service was good and the gentlemen were professional.
Only hick up was that my area rug to be cleaned never made the initial request list over the phone when I made the appointment. I brought it to the attention of the woman who was making my appointment but she did not note the area rug so there was more work to do than what they were aware of.

very friendly and professional staff, quality of carpet cleaning product, great results and the little things...for example, the technician called me after he had finished to to verify that I was aware of a spot in the carpet that he tried but just wasn't able to get out...who does that these days!
We liked the 15 min. call before the technician arrived and he came on time. We love the Zerorez process.... very clean carpet and tile... but NO REZ, which is great! Jeff Klaus was our technician. He was excellent... we will request him again!!!

Very professional techs, cognizant of protecting walls from hoses, using no detergents that can become embedded in carpet and make it more prone to soil as easily.
