Friendly and knowledgeable tech, amazingly clean floor!
I love how clean my carpet is and the 5 gallon empowered water I get with each cleaning. The empowered water cleans my windows and appliances very well. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and I don't think I'll be using anyone else!
The technician did a great job and took his time to make sure everything was clean and sealed properly, I really appreciated him not rushing like other companies I have delt with, it made me feel like I was getting my money's worth, will be using again for sure.

The carpets and tile came out beautifully. There was a stain on the carpet when we moved into the house that I have tried removing on my own with multiple cleaning solutions and never made a difference, they came in and the stain is gone.
I thought the two guys who came out were very professional and did a great job getting out the problems in my carpet. They worked hard and I will recommend them.
I was impressed with how fast the process was to clean my tile. It has not been professional cleaned in 17 years and the tile no longer has dirt ground into the grooves in the tile.

The person who did my job, Kevin was exceptional in all the ways one would expect. Did great work with a great attitude!
(1) Very professional when booking, and estimating over the phone.
(2) I appreciate the reminder/confirmation email of the appt. and the phone call with 2-hr window.
(3) day of service, the tech was 2 hours past the window, and ZEROREZ called me (pro-actively) to apologize and give me $40 off the service for the inconvenience.
(4) my technician (Anthony) was very informative and professional.
(5) the house looked great, and no slippery, soapy residue while it was drying -

You do good work
Cleans well with not a lot of chemicals. The person who cleaned the carpets did a good job. He did miss one of the closets and one part of the kitchen floor wasn't cleaned as well as the other part tho. if he could come back and do those two areas that would be great. Otherwise all the rest looks very good.

I don't feel like my carpets look much better. And I now see an odd color in certain areas. I feel like more time could have been spent.

I called to get the three room deal not knowing there was a square footage restriction or requirement. When your employees got here and measured I was told two of my rooms were "oversized" and would be an additional charge per room. That was never mentioned when I made my reservation and now I am ready to have my carpets cleaned with all of my furniture out of the way. The technician made it right and didn't charge me but I won't likely have you out to clean my carpets again. My bill wound up just over $400 anyways with all of your random charges all of which should be on your website so the customer has an idea of what they may be in for. Not when they have the technicians at their house. Bait and switch in my opinion.
