The fact that no residue is left behind. The floors dried quickly.
The technician didn't come when scheduled. He called and was surprised that your office hadn't contacted me to tell me he would be very late. He made promises about free cleaning and promised that I could be called the next morning to reschedule that day. No one called me. I finally called, was put on hold several times while Mary tried to find when I was scheduled. She finally said that I would be called back promptly. I wasn't. I called again and eventually I was given a time slot.
The guy did great job. Look like new.
Was clean and I can see the clean. No smell of any kind. Quick too.

The fact that you use alkaline water and no chemicals.
I think it would be customer friendly if when the apt was made the customer was asked if the smell of smoke bothers them, meaning the technician coming to your home might be a smoker and their clothes do smell when they smoke and a non smoker can smell that. That was the case this time for us. I did not appreciate the fact that the technician did smell of smoke upon arriving at our home and the smell is in the house until they leave and shortly afterwards.

The techs that came to my home did a great job. They were friendly, professional, & very polite. There was one corner wall that got a ding & part of the drywall chipped off by the flooring....unfortunately I do not have any left over touch up paint for that spot & it's in a high-traffic very visual spot.
Other than that, tile & carpet look fantastic & employees were wonderful.

The technician was very nice but went to quick and the spots I asked to remove did not get removed. The techs I had before did a much better job!
