My carpet is 3 yrs old and was not too dirty. After the cleaning I felt the cleaning could have been better. Areas in the carpet did not look like they were cleaned.

But the next day when I was putting the cushions back together, I noticed a red spot on one of the cushions. looked like maybe blood. I'm not sure but I think he may have cut himself.
I'm sure he didn't notice it. So now I had to remove a stain that I didn't have before the cleaning.
Would have been a 10 however I was not called 15 minutes before the technician arrived. I am happy with the service and would recommend it to friends.
We were given an arrival time between 11:00-1:00. Technician arrived at 2:50pm. A rep called at 12:45 when they knew they wouldn't meet the estimated time and couldn't have me a better time just that I was next. She offered a $40 credit which is not a big deal because I was already going to get a $30 credit for being a previous customer. So really it ended up being a $10 credit for being almost 2 hours late. Because I had company coming over at 4:30 I didn't have time for him to clean everything I wanted so I had to reschedule for this Wednesday to finish (another couple hours of my time) with no credit for this. I use Zerorez because you do a good job, however the compensation for me having to reschedule I do not feel was enough. This has happened to me one other time with "Big John's" Carpet Cleaning and they gave me half off the whole cleaning.
