I thought that the high traffic area's were still dirty after the carppet dried. The last service did a better job with it.

I really felt from the first call thru the completion of my cleaning the company kept me very informed on the progress and what to expect next. I person that came out and did my cleaning was very thorough and showed me the cleaning process and progress to let me see what the before and after looked like.
Overall I think that my carpets were cleaned well. However, I have one major complaint. I am not sure what the substance was, whether it was part of the normal treatment or the pet treatment. None the less, the tech sprayed something on the carpets. He was quite careless in the his spraying and got it everywhere. We removed all of the furniture except for large pieces, i.e. 8 person dining table, buffet, and entertainment center. After the carpets were dry and I went to move the rest of the furniture in the room I noticed that the stuff he sprayed was all over my furniture, baseboards/walls and tile where the carpet meets the tile. I had to spend an hour cleaning after getting my carpets cleaned. I've never had to do this before!!!!! It was very frustrating!!!!!

This was the first time I had used a service like this. I appreciate natural products and environmental options. I did not realize that more water is needed to clean hard floors than carpet. Interesting.

Your service tech did a good job cleaning the tile however he didn't clean up all the dirty soap and water on the floor. As I was showing him all the spots on the floor he basically threw down a rag under his foot and started to wipe the spot with his shoe which didn't work. It took me a good hour to remix all my floors that I just paid to have cleaned. He got cm very upset when I kept showing him spots that we just gave up. I showed my neighbor who recommended you guys and he said his was not like that so maybe I just got a device rep that didn't do a good job

The carpets dried quickly and the tile looked great.
The tech was professional, capable, and respectful. He did a good job on the tile. However, the advertised "2 rooms sale" is a blatant lie because of the required minimums and extra upcharges. So not only was it ridiculously expensive ($165 for 2 rooms--was upspld on pet treatment to get me above the minimum), but my carpet looks just as dirty as it was before the service!! When the carpet dried, the dirt rose right back to the surface. (My carpet, btw, is only 6 months old, but movers stained when I moved in).
