The environmentally friendly products used are great!
My appointment was scheduled for 4-6p.m. and the technician arrived just after 2 p.m. I did not receive any phone calls requesting an earlier appointment.
The house looks fantastic and the service rep was very clean cut and professional. He also made sure we look over his work to see if there was anything he missed. Really great service!
Cleaning was excellent. The man doing the cleaning was very professional and did a very good job in a very reasonable amount of time. They were on time.
One of my concerns that I made mention of was the smell in the carpet. I though it was due to possible pet stains. The lady that booked my appointment said that if extra treatment was necessary to take care of that there might be an additional charge. I said that was fine if required. Nevertheless I received on notice of extra treatments and the carpet still smells. Not happy.
Original phone contact was positive and service was available in couple days, which I needed.Driver arrived on time, explained procedure fully and was polite and efficient.

Natural product, yet still is effective
I feel that the quality provided is fantastic! Sadly, your pricing is really pricey! $140.00 for 2 rooms and a hallway is a lot of money. It would have been great to have all 3 rooms and the hallway. Sadly, I just couldn't justify $170.+

Excellent results on both carpet & tile.
We heard about Zerorez a few years ago and decided to give the company a try. Our daughter in Colorado recently had used Zerorez with great results. My carpet and tile look great, it was well worth paying a little more. Quite pleased with the pleasant outcome and that the carpet was not excessively wet. I liked that it was easy to schedule an appointment and the prices are very fair. My tech arrived right on time, was very friendly & professional, and my tile/grout cleaned up beautifully. I'm very happy with my squeaky clean floors.
The service was great. Hayden our tech was very informative and explained the different options available for the pet issue we had. He was very thorough in explaining the differences and made our decision that much easier to make. The whole experience was good from start to finish. Carpets look great!

Friendly and Fast
You were late, the tech was very nice but had to do the home 2 times because he didn't rake it the first time. He was awesome though, but if you werent late and raked my carpet the first time it would have been rated a 9 or 10. If I can get a credit for a discount in future I will use you guys again but right now not sure that I will.
