I've used Zerorez for 6years and I have seen your guys get out things other companies couldn't. This time in a new house less than 2 years built your technician couldn't get things out that I've seen done before. Now I'm not so impressed so don't know if the cost was worth it. Sorry
timely and efficient...no smells
I like that you stand behind what you say. The first time we had the carpets cleaned a year ago, they did not do a great job but I called and we scheduled another appt and the second time, the carpets were very clean. This time, they were good the first time.

Used a coupon to save money and ended up doubling the bill. Didn't appreciate the gal telling me how bad the carpet was, then strongly suggesting additional services with an emphasis on no guarantees.
Technician should tell customers FIRST if treatments they up sell "may not work and the only remedy then would replace carpet". I was told this AFTER. They should also clean areas they track up during the cleaning process that wasn't involved in the service. Wall corners were protected however, laminate floors were not.
This was my second visit from Zerorez this summer. Good service again. Zerorez rep was friendly and professional. The service was priced for a good value. My only concern is the carpet that was cleaned. I'm still waiting for the carpet to dry and hope that it will flatten out again once completely dry. It's a bit wavy right now.
