Lack of residue on carpets and seems to resist soiling very well.
No odors, seems environmentally good, carpets look and feel good, tech was courteous and on time
Carpet==I feel on the walking part of the carpet he could of done better. Not clean.
Sofa== sad it is striped with clean and not clean strips.
area rug==also sad, a mess.. He told me it would be better when it dried. I left for a five day vacation, returned home today. Sunday.. very disappointed!!!

and you did a wonderful job getting it off my tile. I remember that the first
time & was so impressed about the grout getting so clean. I did not see that
grout cleaning this time.

after my carpet dried, it was not crunchy but soft. Also, I liked that after my tile was cleaned, Casey had an industrial fan to dry it. It was great!
I had a pet smell in one bedroom in particular so I paid the extra to have it pretreated before cleaning the carpet. Once it was cleaned and dried it smelled worse. I am not sure why I paid more to make it worse. When calling back to address the issue I was told I would have a customer compliance person call me back. Never happened. Extremely unhappy.
