Just rating it as average. The carpet was wet for a good 8 hours after cleaning. As far as I know there was no measuring of the rooms or hallway, just the serviceman saying this is just the way it is. Price was a little higher than others.

I bought a home and the carpets in the bedroom and office was so dirty that I was planning on replacing the carpets befor setting up my furniture. I decided to try zeroez, fully expecting that they wouldn't come clean. The tech had never seen catpets this bad either. He offered to try to clean one of the dirtiest areas, and not charge me if I didn't want him to proceed. I could believe how clean it was. It wasn't perfect, but a huge difference. I decided to have him continue and was really amazed. Saved me a few thousand dollars

Everything on time, clean, neat, well explained.

Our carpets have stains on them that weren't there before the cleaning. This happened after they came back the second time because the first cleaning was inadequate. We can not tell you how frustrated and disappointed we are in your company. My husband wants the carpets cleaned again, but we are not sure this would actually help our situation based on our experiences with Xerorez. We would, at the very least, like a refund of our money. We feel several of our carpets are ruined and we have taken pictures of the cleaning. Please help us with our request. Thank you.

I like that the service is quick, green, and professional. The only suggestion that I have is to provide some kind of deodorizer with your carpet treatment.

Water based. No chemicals.

Brandon was a very nice, knowledgeable young man. We had moved the two chairs to be cleaned out of the rug area that was to be cleaned to an area in front of the TV Cabinet. We did not think we had to cover the furniture or the TV not being cleaned. We had discovered the next day there was an over spray on the TV, the cable boxes and the TV cabinet.There was no damage but you might want to instruct others to check the area before using the spray for cleaning and if necessary to move the item to be cleaned or cover the other areas that are exposed. We are pleased with the outcome of the cleaned rug and furniture.

Scott, the tech was great. He was on time and courteous. Zeroes took the stain right out.I didn't think the stain was going to come out, but it did. I will use zeroes again and tell all my friends about it.

I can think of three good reasons we like your service. 1)My carpets are clean and remain clean for some time rather than companies who come and within a month the carpets already look dirty. 2)This was our first time to have our tile cleaned. I'm embarrassed to say that we haven't had our grout cleaned in the 10 years we lived here, but after the cleaning, it looks almost as good as it did when we moved in. 3)Your servicemen are very respectful, very hard workers and a pleasure to have in our home. I was disappointed with residue left behind on the tile floors (bathrooms, hall and kitchen).

The actual carpet cleaning is great, I think there might be some growing pains with the scheduling and billing that is the only part I do not look forward too.

Your business came highly recommend to us so when we looked to clean the carpets in a home we had just purchased we set up an appointment and that's where our experience started. At the time we set up the appointment we were given one price but on the day of the cleaning we were told we were given the wrong price and that it happens often. We had heard nothing but good things from friends/colleagues who had used your services so we opted to pay the difference. After what appeared to be a very quick service we expected a noticeable difference but once the carpet started to dry we noticed spots that we hadn't seen before as well as only a very minimal difference. Although the representative and his trainee were somewhat pleasant and seemed eager to do a good job they did leave some trash (blue shoe covers) and happened to have done some minor damage. We did call to address the damage and it was taken care of promptly for which we are thankful. Accurate pricing/estimating is detrimental in generating new business as well as establishing a positive and ethical reputation so I believe a system or protocol that eliminates those surprises should be implemented. Lastly, I understand the importance of on the job training but believe it should be done with a higher level of professionalism. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to submit feedback.

We haven't cleaned our floors professionally since moving in (5 years ago). Our floors look almost new! And we have two large dogs! The technician was also very friendly - I would request him again!

Very fast and efficient. Call center kept me up to date when they would be there. Cleaning went well and it was great to finally get the home clean. Techs were great. My wife did think the tech Andrew was a little weird, but she was happy over all.

Our carpets don't even look like they were cleaned. Once they dried all the high traffic areas still show and areas with spots did not come out. I thought it would be worth paying a little more fir a better job but the last company I paid $80 to did a much better job. Very disappointed.
