Carpets are nice and soft. Tech was knowledgeable and personable.

I just feel that I get a superior result. And let me add, our carpet tech was Amanda, and she was by far the best that we have ever had. She removed stains that two previous Zerorez techs were not able to remove.

We were super pleased with the appearance of the techs that came out, they were friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the fact that the carpets dried so fast and there are no chemicals. After hearing about Zerorez for years on KNIX I'm so happy we finally got to use your services. Thank you!

The tech, Scott was very professional and he did a very good job of explaiming every step of the zerorez process. It was really cool seeing how the empowered water works better then soap and water. I was also impressed with the way Scott was very careful with my belongings, and the carpets of course look amazing!

A little expensive

The service rep that came out was Sam and he was wonderful! Very professional and extremely knowledgable. My tile and carpets look so clean!

I like how honest your tech was. That mean't more to me than the service. He's a keeper. You can share my comments with staff but not publicly.

I am sorry to report, that after paying over $200 i am very disappointed. My carpet is crunchy in some places. There are stains that have popped up all over even though i paid additional for pre-treatment. My carpet is blotchy all over

Great customer service

Anthony was my tech during this experience, he and his partner were absolutely professional, informative, and kind. They maintained a very well mannered way of doing things. They kept me in the loop and even offered to go over any area I felt needed to have a second look at before they packed up. I literally have been sharing before and after photos to all my family and they are all interested in pursuing their carpets to be cleaned. Thank you for making this such a wonderful first experience. I definitely will be calling again for any future carpet treatments needed!

I was pleased with the service however having my carpets cleaned by other companies I was surprised that furniture like a small table would not be moved and protection under the legs not provided. Also, I am not sure the bedroom rug under our bed which had plenty of height to accommodate the wand was cleaned. I checked the next morning and did not have the same feel as the rest of the rug. I was not informed when I bookedth the service of the environmental fee .
