Technicians are on time. I received a call before he arrived as well to let me know his arrival time within 15 to 20 minutes. Al Reed was courteous,knowledgeable and performed the cleaning in a timely manner. He surveyed the work, verified the quote I had received and went right to work. Our very old carpet looks new again. The service was excellent,the service tech Robert Holt spent time explaining the process, all to make sure he could do the best job ever, no hidden costs.The carpet is the freshest and cleanest I've ever seen it. And still looks and smells so fresh.

Your over the phone quotes were way to deceptive. When the tec got here the amount for the work to be done increased by $170. Twice the amount you quoted me for the area I told you I had to clean. I had already moved all the household items out of the areas to be cleaned. I am alone and 70 years old. This was no easy chore for me. You gave me a quote of $119 for the tile floors and $40 for the carpet area. I will not recommend you to anyone else. You need to get your pricing right or your business will suffer. Your worker did a good job, but he said he was faced with the office giving bad quotes all the time. I would give him a 9 for his work.

We were so pleased with the results! You were able to get out stains that another company did not get last year. We were also VERY impressed with the young man who performed the cleaning. Very professional and kind. We have already recommended you to a friend. Thank you and see you again next year!
We specifically called you guys because of the great things I've heard. We only had the stairs and landing to clean--especially the landing where there were pet urine stains. We were quoted the minimum price for you to come out and agreed. When the guy got there, he said to treat the 4 specific pet stains, they'd be an extra $25 per spot. He told us we would have to do this extra spot pet treatment in order for it to work, otherwise he would just be cleaning the top of the carpet.So we did it--since that's why we had you come out. After this visit, my carpet smelled 10 times worse than it did before you came. We gave it a week and put a fan on it as recommended by your office. Still the smell was horrible and the carpets were worse than before. You sent someone out the next week to reclean. This guy told us that there's no way for him to get the pet urine out completely and we'd probably have to replace the pad. This second cleaning did not work either. The carpet still smells. And if there really is no way to get the pet urine out, then 1) why do you say you can? 2) charge me extra money to do so??? Nobody has followed up with us at all. You'd think your company would care that we weren't happy the first time and there would be follow up. Not to mention to be told by your worker that it's not going to work anyway is beyond frustrating. I feel like we got scammed out of money for being charged extra for a treatment that CLEARLY has not worked and were told it wouldn't work. My carpet still smells. So if anyone actually reads this and cares, it'd be nice to contacted to make the situation right...as it says on your website.

Very clean and great customer service
Your technicians were very friendly and courteous and I enjoyed working with them. They were great from that stand point. However, there were a few spots that I pointed out on the walk thru after the carpet was cleaned that were missed. The technician treated or sprayed these areas on our walk thru after the carpets were cleaned with peroxide spray or thats what he called it but I think the spots got overlooked during the initial carpet cleaning because of where they were located : one under a desk, one in a corner of the room, one behind the door, and one in the master bedroom near the closet. Also, the downstairs dining room reeked of dog urine the rest of the week :( and I had guests coming the next day. I was so embarrassed trying to cover the odor with candals and air freshener. I guess I had more of a carpet challenge than was able to be taken care of. But for over $600+ I guess I was hoping for to much. I will attach the pictures of the missed spots to your original email.
