Luis Encinas was the technician that cleaned our carpet. Aside from the fact that he was a very nice guy he was very professional as well. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and answered all my questions. The carpet looks terrific. I already recommended Zerorez to my neighbor. Thanks very much. SERVICE INDIVIDUAL WAS ON THE FRONT END OF HIS 2 HOUR WINDOW, CLEANED THE CARPET AND WAS GONE I ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS. CARPETS LOOKED VERY NICE WHEN HE FINISHED AND DRIED QUICKLY, ABOUT 4-5 HOURS.

Christian was great, he came out to clean our tile, which cleaned up looking great. He answered questions I had about the "empowered water", now I know what it's all about.
Cleaning the tile as well also removed any residual pet odors we had and now it smells clean. :)

Scott H. did an exceptional job and answered all my questions. When i had you out to do original cleaning, had trouble, lost check and had to come back. NOT happy camper. Also found out that i wasn't told of your "spot cleaning solution", which would have saved me $150 off this second time out. !! NO one mentioned this !! NOT happy camper !! One spot is still there. And we have spent over $600 for your services. NOT Happy Camper !! Don't know if I would tell others of your service. Probably tell of all the problems. First name removed
