I had tried every kind of carpet cleaning until I tried yours about 8 years ago. It was the first time the carpet was truly clean and stayed clean longer. You are able to get out the dirt build up from high traffic areas and pet stains, something other could not. Love your product and your service! Your technicians are always polite, knowledgeable and work quickly to complete the job. Your scheduling is always on target, I really do appreciate that too.

I bought the largest container of the empowered water. I plan on starting to use it soon. My pink velvet couch looks a lot cleaner (bought it at resale shop & it looked like it needed a thorough cleaning).

I took the time off from work to be at my house for the appointment. I had a two hour window from 2-4. At five o'clock I called to ask where the technician was. I was told someone from dispatch would call me back. At six o'clock I hadn't hadn't received a call nor had the technician arrived. I had to call again. By 6:30 the technician arrived. For all of this inconvenience and the time I had to take off from work I was given a discount of about $40!! Not professional at all. I'm very disappointed. I was made to feel my time is not valuable.
