Travis is a keeper. He explained the process to me, as this was the first time I used this process. Our 2 couches and rug are 13 yrs old and look wonderful. It was helpful to have the valupac coupon and a veterans discount. It was expensive, but should last a year along with the protectant that I added. I also was not pressured or even asked to purchase anything else. That is so refreshing, as I almost expected for Travis to sell me more, but he did not and was very courteous and professional. I will be using Zerorez and will be requesting to have Travis !! Thank You.
