Speed, quality and courtesy
Not really a disappoint, just no difference between Zerorez and any other carpet company and for the price...wayyyyyy too expensive. I can get the same quality from Coit or any other company.

I liked how well it cleaned the dirt away but I wish it would have removed the stains better.
The person who cleaned our tile did not do a thorough job. He failed to cleane the tile located in the kitchen pantry. We had cleared out the entire floor area and he just skipped this area completely.

If I had 50 business cards, they would be gone in a week. Casey, my tech, was excellent. I plan on having him back in July to do additional work. Zero chemicals.
Nicole did carpet and tile cleaning yesterday. Nicole did excellent job to explain how the cleaning is supposed to work with different opinions (pet urine treatment, tile cleaning, carpet cleaning), and price quotes before cleaning, then we took off back to work. I couldn't be more pleased with the results when I got back to the house! It was stunningly clean for both heavy traffic carpet area and pet stained area, not alone the tile area. So much better than our cleaning results with other cleaning service! Thank you, Nicole!
