The entire process was very efficient, from making the appointment to having my carpets cleaned. The cleaning technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to "guarantee" every problem was going to be resolved, the way some carpet cleaning people do. He advised me not to put the furniture back in place until the carpet was completely dry, which he said would be several hours. Lastly, it's only been two days, but from what I can tell, he was able to get pretty much all the problem areas cleaned!

They did an amazing job! My carpets were stained and a mess..they looked great when they were done! Dried quickly and no "crunchy" stiff carpet after it dried. All the employees I dealt with were super friendly and I will definitely be using them again!

Everyone that I spoke to at ZEROREZ was just super! First person I spoke to, Kelly, was very knowledgeable and patient, I had many questions. When I called back to schedule my service, they explained how things would work until the tech came to do the cleaning and things went exactly as they said! Arron Schuen, the tech, arrived on time the day of service. He was a very pleasant young man with a tidy appearance. Once again, he answered all my questions, set up his protective equipment (so not to mark my walls) and then got to work on my carpets. He did a great job. It was a pleasure to have Aaron in my home and I found him to be a hard working gentleman.
Susan in customer service was wonderful as well!
