my carpet looks like it was washed with hot dirty water and the water was not sucked from the carpet...very disappointed !! my carpet look worse than before it was cleaned.
I received a call from your office during the week of my scheduled appointment. I was told that I would be receiving coupons to my email address and a $25 credit for being a repeat customer. Somehow, I must have misunderstood as when the tech arrived, He said that wasn't the case. At the beginning of the appointment, the tech was reviewing the protection options. He asked if I it was my husband and I that did the vacuuming. I found that to be irrelevant. As a single woman, It made me uncomfortable. When I came back to the completed job, there were foot marks all over the carpet. The carpet behind the bedroom door was not cleaned. Besides, all that...my carpet is clean and overall I'm pleased. Just providing my experience. I've used your company two years prior, and everything was perfect.

no chemicals in the cleaning process. Carpets are soft after cleaning not hard like other cleaning services. Carpets come out great.

I wasn't very happy with my tile floor cleaning the other day. Overall it was fine I felt a better job could've been done around the edging of the tile against the wall.

I could see an immediate change in the carpets - so much cleaner. Thank-you. Just as a reminder, your service man left one of the plastic corner wall pieces behind. I called last Friday and someone was supposed to get it. It is still outside by my front door.
