We love the fact that you don't use any chemicals that are unhealthy for humans or dogs. Our technician Kevin was absolutely wonderful! He answered all of our questions & even gave us a demonstration of what our tile/grout will look like when we have him come back out in a few months to do our living room & kitchen. He was very thorough & had us check the rooms to make sure they were done to our liking. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends & family.

My carpets look brand new and the additional treatment for the pet urine worked wonders! I am very happy with the results. The tech was also very friendly and very knowledgeable and provided us a lot of great information on the process. She recommended the protectant and I am glad we decided to go with that option as well to help us care for the area in the future. We will for sure use the service again for the rest of the house and will recommend to friends and neighbors.

While I believe that you have a very clean product, it didn't accomplish my objective: I had a lot of issues with pet odor and it seemed as though the cleaning process just exacerbated the situation. I have opted to replace the carpet altogether.
