No strong scent and very qualified man
Devon Crawford did an excellent job. He explained the process and the pricing so we knew exactly what to expect. The floor looked great upon completion and he gave us the opportunity to inspect the entire area before leaving to ensure we were satisfied (we were). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zerorez based on the service he provided.

the service, customer service, and sales people are all very pleasant to work with. They take pride in their job and enjoy what they are doing. This is the third time we have used Zerorez and each time we are very happy with the results. The product is wonderful as there are no chemicals put into our carpet. We currently have a granddaughter who is in the crawling stage and I know she is just fine on our carpets.

I am very allergic to fragrances so I like the fact that the service is a Green Cleaner and doesn't use toxic chemicals. The gentleman who did the cleaning was very nice and helpful.
Also, I have new counters and white cabinets to keep clean, so was happy to try - and buy- the multiple use cleanser which kills bacteria.

Throughness and professionalism of staff both on site and in office.
So far I like the job that was done. The service man, Robert, was very thorough and cleaned the carpets to almost new. I am watching for spots that may rise up. IF they do I will definitely call ZeroRez again to help eliminate them with another treatment.
