It's chemical free
Our carpet looks great! However we got our grout cleaned and we didn't really notice a difference. Was expecting to see a big difference with the grout cleaning. Some grout looks good other parts look the same. kind of disappointed.

proffesional, pleasant. The tile and grout that we have STRUGGLED to clean with tremendous effort was cleaned almost effortlesly by Zerorez in about an hour. Carpets turned out great as well. Thanks Zerorez...I will be reffering you to others.

BUT here's what I noticed this time that was different from every past cleaning. Alex was a very nice engaging young man. However, he didn't use corner protectors or the floor fans. Is this the new way or Alex's way? Just asking.
