This is the second time I have not been satisfied with the carpet cleaning results.
Quick and friendly and the technician explained everything very thoroughly.
The couches look great they got rid of mose of the cat hair. And they were very polite and nice.
The carpet looks much better, but it takes longer to dry than the estimated 2-4 hours as suggested by the technician.
Prices could always be lower.

There is a burn mark on my carpet that wasn't there before cleaning so I don't know if the cleaning machine caused it or not.
Outstanding performance. Got stains out that I had been working on for two years. Fast, courtesy, clean well groomed. Even refused to take a tip. Unheard of Customer service

We feel your products are very good and we are also very pleased with your services. Your tech Peter did a wonderful job, and on top of this, he is a very nice person.
The carpet is very clean dries quickly the technician was very professional and arrived early for my appointment
No chemicals and dries quickly
The spot treatment that was use me was used inappropriately and left bright spots all over my still dark dirty looking carpet. A small Diet Coke spill was not taken care of. A pet stain was made darker. I feel like a paid over $200 for a glorified vacuum job. And the carpet feels crusty this time. I thought that was the point of ZEROREZ no residue left behind? This is not the same quality job we had last time at all. Highly disappointed. Last time I paid for 3 rooms and 2 ppl did the work. And an excellent job. This time I paid for 5 rooms and spent a lot of time disassembling furniture and moving furniture. (OUR ENTIRE WEEKEND TO BE EXACT) and I feel like nothing is better.
On time, explained the process and left no sign of being here - and a job well done.
I don't feel lik the worker communicated well at all. I expressed I have was disapointed in 3 of the 4 rooms, but he gave a pre-scripted response and stood there with a blank stare. I won't ever use this service again nor would I recommend it.
