Tech was very good. I have used you before, and was actually more impressed last time. I realize the pathways are hard to remove, especially on light carpeting, but I thought it would be better. Ah well, I guess we are due for new carpeting. I still recommend you all the time because our first cleaning was in a rental, this was so impressive because I was sure that I was going to need to replace the carpeting.

Gouged me for forty dollars for a small hallway. I didn't move the three beds and a very large secitional couch, had them work around them. They were probably twice the square footage of the hallway. It's not the forty bucks it's the principle. Other wise everything was fine. People should use a little common sense. Thanks,Name removed
The representative was amazing and very helpful
My technician was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to explain and show me the problem spots on my carpet. One spot was so embarrassing and horrific his eyes were watering and he got dizzy, but he kept at it! The spot wasn't salvagable, but due to his diligence it got my husband to remove it after (something I'd been asking for over a year). Best tech ever!
