Super easy scheduling. The call before arriving was great! Time spent was as predicted. Working to get out here on a Saturday to reduce disruption to office staff was outstanding!

The service was very fast and efficient. My technician, Alex, was fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The technicians were on time, speedy, and friendly. However, I think it is a misrepresentation to call it tile AND grout cleaning. Certainly the tiles are cleaned but NOT the grout. Also, only the parts of the floor that the big cleaning machine can reach are the only tiles that will be cleaned. After the techs left I had to go around and finish cleaning the floor myself, around the front of refrigerator, dishwasher, and behind toilet, these smaller tile areas are not touched at all. Also, I found pieces of my bathroom baseboard strewn all about where the big cleaning machine had actually torn apart my baseboard leaving me no choice but to now replace the baseboard today. I don't like leaving negative feedback for anyone, your company cleaned "most" of my tiles, but in this case it's just disappointing that if I need the grout cleaned too this is not the company to call.

the fellas at come out to do your cleaning did a very nice job very professional I was also very disappointed in the fact that if the spots that I have returned there's an extra charge for it $25 a spot in the near future to come back out the lady that talk to me on the phone says if I told her there was a spot there at three weeks later like they usually return that they would come out and redo it when they get here I find out that there's an extra charge for it at a later date I was very disappointed in that
No chemicals!
Minimum to come out was $133.00. I has big spot of black nail polish in my carpet was really nervous it would not come out. Spoke to office staff they explained policy about how they will try and use all that money on cleaning what ever is needed. Which was great!
Scott was awesome. He came same day I called. He arrived on time and called 20 min. before he was to arrive. Company has great communication with customers.
Scott had great sense of humor. He wowed me with getting the polish out. Then said I still had money left over to do the stairs and oh by the way he would do the hallway for free. Super happy with whole experience. I felt like Scott wasn't there to work an 8 hour shift he cared about the work he did and had fun doing it. Then I asked for prices to do the rest of the house. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks again!!!!

The truck came at 4 pm later than I would have liked because the carpet stayed wet all night and part of the next day. It was also crunchy after and needed to be vacuumed twice before it felt normal and didn't crunch. I thought it was zero residue. The two young men were very nice and professional but they worked really fast, I'm not sure it was as good a job as it could have been.

I specifically called Zerorez to get the pet urine out of my carpet and ended up paying $100 extra JUST for that on top on the minimum charge. You have come out twice now and my carpet smells worse than it did before. The pet urine is still there and now seems worse.
