I prefer not to have the tech push me to add more areas to be cleaned. (I hadn't prepped the other parts of the house and wasn't inclined to have un-vacuumed areas cleaned). Also disappointed we weren't left booties, nor advised how long to stay off the carpet.
Cleaned my floors so well.

The product is terrific because it's simple and can be used anywhere. There's no smell, no residue. I couldn't be happier. Casey did a wonderful job eliminating some problem areas, and that was a bonus. He took extra care, showed me what NOT to do, and gave me advice about how to possibly get Zerorez come to where I have carpets that need cleaning in another state. All in all, it was a 10+ experience.
Improvement in training to schedulers giving estimates. I understand what an estimate is. However, my estimate was $259 for tile cleaning and I ended up paying $415. That is a huge difference. More questions need to be asked to determine the size of the rooms or areas etc. Thinking back, I was never asked the square footage of my home. If someone isn't sure, scheduler could be trained how tell client how to measure so it would be more accurate. If trained properly, I would think that would help to determine an area's size that is to be cleaned. In fact, I have a carpet cleaning upcoming on Feb 26. Not sure I trust the estimate given. Will be calling to discuss. Also, sealant has terrible odor. I have very bad lung issues and on oxygen. Couldn't hardly take it and had issues breathing next day. Should be warned about that as I didn't think about it. Otherwise, great service, tile is extremely clean now especially the grout. Was surprised it came out as well as it did. Thank you.

You didn't measure the rugs you assumed my measurements over the phone were accurate. More importantly when I called I said that we have urine stains and you gave me the confidence that you could remove them. None of them were removed

Carpet cleaning
My carpet was still very wet after 17+ hours. I sent Zerorez an email this morning with no response as of now.
I was very pleased when I called to make the appointment, the gal answered all my questions and gave me an estimate which was spot on. The company called, as promised, 2 days before to schedule my service, it was on Fri between 8 - 10 AM. Fri morning they called to let me know the tech would arrive within 15-20 mins. Luis was the tech and he covered everything thoroughly before he started the work. He was pleasant, answered all my questions and then got straight to work. He worked hard for the next 4 1/2 hours. Everything turned out great and YES, I would like to recommend Zerorez. The customer service was awesome, especially Luis. When I book my next service I will ask for him! My carpet had issues with pet urine, and I had it pre-treated and it came out like new. The remainder of the work was tile and, again, I had some pet problems. I am very pleased with the way it all turned out and will probably have them come back to do the rest of the house! :)
My carpet looks amazingly clean :)and the gentleman who did my carpet was very help and knowledgeable about the product and gave me some tips,I would never figured out on my own. He was very respectful and friendly. I am and will always be a customer of yours. Thank you and God bless.

Carpets look great! Service tech was professional, clean and skilled. We wanted to give him a tip, but he refused telling us the company does not permit tipping, we felt that demonstrated integrity and he should be acknowledged for this.
