Carpet feels and looks the same, but cleaner. They cleaned an area rug that came out like new. Would prefer they not make the pitch for the water - 2.5 gallons is too much - would have purchased a gallon. Thanks

The representative (Jeff) showed up earlier than promised and finished the work within the 1.5 hours that he said it would. I was able to put my rooms back together by late afternoon. Great job!
