We had just had entire house painted and your service left a couple of dents about 1 foot above floor level and black marking on one corner in the hallway likely from your cleaning hose. This was noted immediately when we got here a couple of days ago.
I would like a discount to allow for the cost of repairs.

Carpet felt cleaner and softer to walk on; there were still some dirt and marks in heavy traffic areas, I expected those to be cleaner.

It wasn't bad but definitely not what I expected - the long drying time and frankly the carpets look the same as if I had used my steam cleaner rather than a wow like I expected.
