Upon closer inspection, I found several spots on the couch that were not there prior to the cleaning. I can only surmise that they came from the equipment or the method of cleaning.
The process zerorez uses makes absolute sense to me. I feel the carpets are much cleaner with zerorez vs. Traditional steam cleaning.

He was very professional and cleaned my carpets and travertine better than I
could have ever imagined. With three yellow labs and a Dyson vacuum that decided
to take a break halfway through my preparing my carpets I got out the shop vac
and Paul took it all in stride! He should have taken before and afters!

The topical treatment made my carpet look great and eliminated the awful pet odors. I am so happy with the way my house looks now and that the smell is gone. I always have a great experience with zerorez. This last visit to my house was awesome. The tech, Billy, was very nice and knowledgeable. He really seemed to care about getting the stains out and did so efficiently. I will definately continue to use your services.
