I like the fact that there is no chemical smell to the process. Also, this is the 4th time I have used ZeroRez and each time your staff has been very professional, friendly and courteous, as well as punctual. I like the way my carpeting and tile floors come out. I have almost white tile and lighter grout(came with the house) and I was nervous that the grout would never look the same throughout the house. I was wrong, Troy did an amazing job with the grout and tile. He was even able to clean my baseboards. BONUS!!!
