We've had Zerorez clean our carpets several times and this time had our tile done. Your employees are so nice - very respectful and courteous. When I called to set up the time to have my tiles cleaned, two of my friends also had carpets or tile cleaned on my recommendation. We absolutely love Zerorez!

My neighbor complained that it was very loud when the carpets were being cleaned. I didn't notice it as we were inside while he was doing the cleaning. Other than that no complaints.

I have used your company at least 3 times now, and this last visit was a little underwhelming. The technician showed up outside of the quoted time window, I was told I would receive a discount and the. When I made payment paid full price for service. They carpets were not upto the standards that I have received in the past and there is a strange residue on the tile that was left and can't seem to get it off. I would still recommend and will use you again, but this last visit was by far the worst experience I have had. The technician was very polite and pleasant to work with, so I am not complaining about him, just the outcome of the floors.

Clean without residue.

SErvice person was lovely and knowledgeable , no complaints at all with him. I feel like it cleaned unevenly, there are areas that I never noticed being dark from high traffic that are now noticeable. There was alas a small stain I thought would be picked up , it wasn't, and today I scrubbed it with a white towel and it cam up. Not sure why zerorez couldn't get it up. Lastly , large ripples in the carpet occurred, person I called and spoke to was correct in telling me it would go down but I was taken back when he told me my carpet need to be stretched.
