Love the product and how the carpet doesn't feel so stiff after it's been cleaned. The techs are nice and knowledgeable.

The process was very fast, very thorough, without any unpleasant chemicals. The technician was very professional and very pleasant. My only suggestion would be to find a way to protect the edges of the carpet from getting wet when you are cleaning tile.

I have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez in the past with great results. I did not get the same results when I had my upholstery cleaned in my truck. It seems that the tools to do the cleaning are too large to get into the nooks and crannies which didn't enable a thorough cleaning. I most likely wouldn't use Zerorez to clean my vehicle, but would use them to clean my carpets.

The guy you sent showed me a flashlight that in the dark, you could see where the cat had peed. I have never had a Zerorez person do that before. He worked very hard on getting that stain out. None of your other employees did that. They would spray something all over but it never really got it all out. I wish I had this employee every time. His name was Joshua George. I waisted money on the other times I had Zerorez come out when I didn't really get that smell out of that one room.

The technician was very nice and helpful. The carpets look great and were cleaned in an efficient and timely manner. I have had positive interactions with the employees at Zerorez. This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez and I will be calling them again to schedule another cleaning in the future.

I also cannot say enough about my Zerorez technician who was not only respectful and good natured, but he took the time to answer all of my questions in such a professional way. James is now my requested tech for future cleaning needs. Hiring people like James will bode well for your company.

The technician was actually early , which we appreciated , and the office called before hand to ask if it was ok that he arrive early . He was very friendly and informative. There were no overpowering perfumey smells . Upfront and honest about what results to expect and the cost .
